I’m pretty sure I was a dog in a past life.

Also a pirate at one point but that’s a different story.

Whether it’s cruising up to Malibu in my bright yellow Jeep Wrangler on a Saturday, or circling the Myanmar countryside from the ricketiest old train, or flying up an Australian beach on a Land Cruiser 4×4, my face will inevitably be out the window soaking it all in. I’m a firm believer in making the journey just as epic as the destination.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing a lot of the world already, but it’s only fueled a desire to see more and go farther.

I started this blog to help sort through all the wonderful cities, countries, and people I’ve met, so my Mom can stop hassling me about sending her pictures, and hopefully offering some advice or tips  that I can along the way.

Bear with me as I figure out how to make sense of the world. Until then, enjoy what I’ve got to share.
